Hire Our Whole Pub
The entire pub is available for exclusive hire on Saturdays, perfect for larger gatherings or small events. For unique occasions like TV screenings or special shows, whole pub hire on other days can also be arranged, with pricing based on forecasted takings. These bookings are handled upon enquiry.
Hire The Barrister’s Booth
The Barrister’s Booth is an exclusive seating area with rich, red leather booths, offering a semi-private spot for groups of up to 20. It provides an intimate setting with a touch of elegance. This space is free throughout the year, with a £50 fee in December. This intimate space is available without time restrictions, making it a relaxed option for your gathering.
Hire The Jury's Nook
The Jury’s Nook, is an intimate and cosy space at the back of the pub, featuring a bottle-cave ceiling, comfortable booth seating, and barrel tables. Perfect for smaller gatherings, this area is free of charge for most of the year, with a rate of £100 in December. Jury’s Nook can be reserved without time restrictions, making it a relaxed option for your event.
Book A Table
For all other general table bookings, we offer reservations free of charge throughout the year. During December, tables can be booked for a small fee of £20 per table to accommodate the festive season. Enjoy a hassle-free reservation, perfect for gathering with friends or colleagues in the cosy atmosphere of The Old Nick.
Booking and Deposit Policy
All December reservations require a deposit, which can be paid by phone or in person. Guests can reserve spaces for as long as needed. The only requirement is to arrive within 15 minutes of the booking start time, or inform us if you’re running late.
